I always wanted to join an OC tournament So when I saw I wanted to join 8D
Anyways here are the character's decription and some things I left out.

Occupation: 1st in command of the [L.O.A.T.C]
type: Human/Toon

Likes: To be LOLRandom, to have fun, to flirt, and to be in charge.

Powers: Snaps fingers producing an energy causing things to appear. Since she is half toon, Alexis usually snaps things such as anvils, bombs, hammers, electricity and rarely swords in to existance. She is also very skilled in hand to hand combat.

Dislikes: Having to be serious, having to stay quiet or stay still for more that 3 seconds, and having her boobs being the first thing seen.

Bio: Alexis Manga was bored of everything about the world she lived in. So when finding out she could travle to the cartoon realm she figured she would pack nothing but her brother and smiles and live there. Due to living in the tooniverse, Alexis is a little bit "looney". She is crazy and sometimes annoying but somehow seems to make friends O__o... Soon she became apart of the [L.O.A.T.C] (League of toon carers... The A is silent...). Yes... She is the hero in this story... We are doomed 8(



*Weakness: Alexis is practically imortal because anything that would kill her toon side is kept alive by her human side. Anything that would kill her human side is kept alive by her toon side... Although if you inject her with an ink denter, not only will that kill her toon side, but im pretty sure you or me wouldnt surive being injected with whiteout or something... That also does not mean Alexis cant be K.O'd. Since she is still half human, she cant shake off the fact that her arm was chopped off. She wont heal as fast as your average cartoon character. An other thing is, go for her right hand! If she cant snap her fingers she cant use her powers! SHHHHhhhhh! CB

Weapons: Her powers and the holes she carries in her pockets. ( A rubber looking black circle that when you put something through, it pops out of somewhere else) Yes! Like in Roger rabbit XD

Things to note:
- Even though Alexis is bi, she only flirts with boys. But she will pay extra attention to a pretty girl... O_O
- She has a happy go lucky attitude and usualy marches when she walks.
-She hates it when the first thing noticed is her boobs.
-No matter how slutty she is, even though Bob has a crush on her she doesnt seem to take any action.
- Falls in love VERY easy ( weakness )
- Alexis is Not a feminine type of girl.
*-Knows when to cut the crap and be serious (last for a second)
-Extremely goofy

- Alexis does not have a real style. So draw her however the hell you want!
- Moves the way a cartoon character would. (stretches, melts, fluid movement, flattens, ect...)
- Is right handed. She cant snap with her left hand. Only her right hand!

Dislikes: Chaos, evil people, having to fight, and being lonely.

Powers: Bob does not really have any powers but he does have super-human strength and I guess is a little intimidating if you dont look at his face XD

*Bio: Bob is from NowhereLand and was very lonley before he met Alexis. When the two first met, Alexis said he looked lonley and asked him to be her body gaurd (which she didnt really need XD). Bob has a high-pitched Micky mouse voice and that makes it hard for him to be taken seriously but at least he tries.

Weakness: Fear... Bob is a sissy 8( And the most important one, Bob can be killed by any type of ink denter such as; Turpintine, Acetone, and Benzine. Or in other words... Throw white out at him XD

Weapons: His strength... He only would use it if things looked bad for Alexis... But even then, its rare that he would ever help her without running off crying first.

Things to note:
- Bob has a crush on Alexis but she doesnt seem to care.
- Alexis usually calls him "bulge-man". You can guess why >.>
-Sometimes Bob's voice cracks to a deep tone causing Alexis to yell out, " THERE IT IS AGAIN!!!"
-Bob doesnt notice when his voice cracks
- Sounds like an akward Micky mouse XD
*- Bob will die if he comes into contact with any kind of ink denter ( Whiteout!!! USE IT!!! )
- Bob will throw himself in front of Alexis if it is a bad enough situation. As Alexis's body gaurd, he wouldnt mind getting hurt a little... No matter how scared he would be XD
*- In the [L.O.A.T.C], they see him more as a yes man (..... LOLZ! That icon looks like him XD )
